We possess many interesting materials that make up the history of this college/university:

• Master plans for the building of Carlow
• Written histories of how Carlow came to be
• Retired files from all different departments of the school
• Photographs of Carlow, students, faculty, activities, and so on
• Selected Yearbooks
• Student, teacher, and staff publications (i.e. McAuleyan, Critical Point, Mad Women in the Attic, student handbooks)
• Awards and trophies given to students, presidents, alumnae, and so forth.
• Personal files of many of the great faculty of Carlow. Access to faculty files is limited. Files on all known deceased alumnae. Access to these files are limited.
• Scrapbooks, a general history binder, art of all kinds, videotapes, and all types of audiotapes dating back to the fifties.
